Purchasing Compact Discs
We want our customers to be able to experience music the way it was recorded before the proliferation of computer recording systems. Make no mistake, we are very much technologists and we love computers. We are Apple developers, software engineers and music enthusiasts ourselves and we believe computers do many wonderful things. However, recording music is not one of them. We use 2" tape in all of our recordings. This is what is known as a "Pure Analog Recording". We transfer those recordings to a final master recording that through a carefully managed replication process, becomes your Compact Disc. Each Compact Disc is packaged in a plastic jewel case, includes all artwork, has a retail security label and is shrink wrapped. We pride ourselves on creating music that will provide the listener with as much enjoyment as possible without the fatigue experienced from listening to computer music. Of course, how good it sounds is very much up to you, the listener.
We ship Compact Discs on the same or next business day of your order. We ship by First Class U.S. Mail. In the Lower 48, you can expect to receive your product within three to five business days. Other locations should expect deliveries after seven to fourteen days. Purchasing 192kbs MP3 Album Downloads
We only sell complete album downloads. These downloads are delivered to you through our secure delivery service. Once you purchase a download you will immediately be sent an email with a link that allows you to immediately download your album. All of our album downloads are audiophile quality, high resolution MP3s that are universally compatible with all MP3 players, including iTunes, iPods and iPhones. Once your download has been delivered to your computer, if you use iTunes, simply playing the individual songs will automatically place them into your iTunes directory.
1. You may copy, store, transfer and burn the Digital Content only for your personal, non-commercial, entertainment use.
2. You represent, warrant and agree that you will use the Digital Content only for your personal, non-commercial, entertainment use and not for any redistribution of the Digital Content or other use.

5. All sales of Digital Content are final. We do not accept returns of Digital Content. Once you have purchased Digital Content, we encourage you to download it promptly and to make back-up copies of it. If you are unable to complete a download after having reviewed our online help resources, please contact Blues Destiny Records customer service. You bear all risk of loss after purchase and for any loss of Digital Content you have downloaded, including any loss due to a computer or hard drive crash.

Purchasing Hoodys and Tees
The Tees are an ultra-soft, ultra-comfy unisex T-shirt that feels like you've owned it for years the moment you put it on, and for years to come. Poly-Cotton (50% Polyester / 50% Cotton) construction. Durable rib neckband. Our Tees and Hoodys are manufactured in the U.S.A. by American Apparel, a manufacturer, distributor, and retailer of branded, high quality, fashion basic apparel based in downtown Los Angeles, California. The artwork, and embroidery is done by hand on each individual shirt and hoody by Joe Hamilton in Charlotte North Carolina. All tees are four color silk screened. All hoody artwork is embroidery.

What You Can Exchange or Return
Blues Destiny Records unconditionally guarantees all products we manufacture and sell at our online store to be free from defects of workmanship. We will gladly replace or refund you for any defective items you wish to return.
If you're unsatisfied with the fit, quality, color, or size of an item you may return it and choose an item in another size or color. We will gladly replace any item that you're not completely happy with.
Please note the following limitations:
Item must be returned within 45 days from date of purchase.
Downloads cannot be returned, unless defective. Compact Discs that have been opened (unless defective), and apparel that has been laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted for exchange or return.

Did you change your mind? If you simply wish to exchange or return an item for any reason, you are responsible for return shipping charges, but we will ship you a replacement item with no additional shipping charge. Example:

3. You are responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend you use priority mail or a carrier that provides tracking. American Apparel is not responsible for lost shipments.
Did we make a mistake? If we make a mistake with your order, we will take care of return shipping and send you a replacement item with no additional charge for shipping. Examples:
